Product Description

HDPE series plastic PIPE production line is mainly used for the production of agricultural, construction drainage and sewage. The unit consists of a vacuum sizing box, a tractor, a cutting machine, and a turning rack. The single-screw extruder and the traction machine adopt imported AC frequency conversion speed regulating device, and the vacuum pump and traction motor are all made of high quality products.

Available with chipless cutting, saw blade cutting or planetary cutting, the unit has reliable performance and high production efficiency. The company can produce the inner wall spiral tube, the inner wall hollow tube and the core layer foam tube unit to replace the extruder according to the requirements of the user, and can produce other materials such as PP, PE, PPR, HDPE and so on.
